Shabbat Potluck Dinner (RSVP) & Program with Asaf Ron

We welcome Asaf Ron, CEO of Beit HaGefen, the Arab-Jewish Cultural Center in Haifa and a leader in directing initiatives for coexistence in Israel.  Beit HaGefen's activities are based on the belief that meeting and interacting with different cultures - their stories, cultural assets, and spiritual components - is the most effective way to break down the barriers and develop long-standing trust between different national, ethnic, and religious groups living in Israel.  Asaf will be joined by two teens, May Ayoub and Ella Chernyak, who are active in Beit HaGefen's Arab-Jewish youth group.  We look forward to learning and engaging with this key issue in Israeli society with these special guests.
