with Rabbi Sheila Peltz Weinberg

You may have no ced that your mind has a tendency to be a source of freedom and crea vity as well as a source of su ering and confusion. Contempla ve prac ce invites us to look, in a kind and friendly way, at our own minds. This can be fun, it can be revelatory, it can be scary. It is good to have the support of an experienced guide and teacher as well as an open and inter- ested group. Join Rabbi Sheila Weinberg for a two-hour workshop that o ers me for study, prac ce, and conversa on, and a great way to prepare for Passover.
