Make a Contribution
Germantown Jewish Centre is a non-profit organization and deeply appreciates your financial support of our programming. Contributions are tax-deductible. Contributions may be made in any amount.
If you would like to make a contribution to Germantown Jewish Centre, please download and print the appropriate form:
Please be sure to fill out ALL the requested information, including:
- Your name and address
- The name and address of the person to whom you would like a card sent in acknowledgment of your contribution
- The amount you are contributing
- The fund to which you would like to make your contribution
Please mail the form to GJC, including a check made out to Germantown Jewish Centre in the amount specified on your form. In the “memo” section of the check, please write the name of the FUND to which you are contributing. Please note that this step is crucial to ensuring a smooth contribution process!
If you would like to make a contribution in honor or in memory of more than one person, please fill out a separate form for each person. You may include all contributions in one check, but please specify (on the “memo” line of your check) if you are contributing to more than one fund.
